COVID-19 Testing Requirement when Traveling to the U.S. from the People’s Republic of China, including Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR
Effective January 5, 2023 at 12:01 Eastern Time, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will require a negative COVID-19 test for people traveling to the U.S. from the People’s Republic of China, including Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR. For details, please see the announcements from the Department of State and the CDC. Students who are traveling to the U.S. January 5 or later must ensure they comply with this new requirement.
